Gemma AI is an AI-powered reminder service that provides:

  • Intelligent reminder calls using AI technology
  • Calendar integration with Google Calendar
  • Reminder management and scheduling
  • Early reminder notifications
  • Voice transcription and call analytics

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • One account per person is allowed

3.2 User Responsibilities

  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensure your phone number is accurate for call delivery

4. Calendar Integration Terms

4.1 Google Calendar Access

When you connect your Google Calendar:

  • You grant us permission to access your calendar events
  • We will only read event data necessary for reminder creation
  • You can revoke calendar access at any time through your account settings
  • We comply with Google's API terms and privacy requirements

4.2 Calendar Data Processing

  • We process calendar events to create intelligent reminders
  • Meeting details may be included in reminder calls
  • Video conferencing links are extracted and provided during calls
  • Calendar data is not shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gemma AI to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create reminders for illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Spam or send unwanted communications through our platform

6. Subscription Terms and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and call limits:

  • Free Tier: Limited monthly calls
  • Starter Tier: Increased call limits and premium features
  • Additional tiers may be introduced over time

6.2 Billing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
  • We may cancel accounts that violate these terms

7. Service Availability and Limitations

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • AI accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed to be perfect

7.2 Usage Limits

  • Monthly call limits are enforced based on your subscription tier

  • We may implement fair usage policies to ensure service quality
  • Excessive usage may result in temporary service restrictions

8. Data Ownership and Privacy

8.1 Your Data

  • You retain ownership of your reminder data and calendar information
  • You can export or delete your data at any time
  • We process your data according to our Privacy Policy
  • Account deletion will permanently remove your data within 30 days

8.2 Call Recordings

  • Reminder calls may be recorded for quality assurance
  • Recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days
  • You can opt out of call recording through your account settings
  • Transcripts may be generated for service improvement

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

  • Gemma AI, including all software, is protected by copyright and other laws
  • Our AI algorithms and technologies are proprietary
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
  • All trademarks and logos are owned by us or our licensors

9.2 User Content License

  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
  • This license terminates when you delete your account
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you provide

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Gemma AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for missed calls, failed reminders, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
  • Force majeure events are excluded from our liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you provide to the service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

  • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
  • Termination does not entitle you to refunds
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days of termination

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these terms or our policies
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse our systems or other users

13. Changes to Terms
